Teriyaki Chicken Kabobs

Fire up the grill and enjoy Teriyaki Chicken Kabobs. A sweet and savory delight perfect for BBQ season. This is a family favorite. I make this at least once a month. It is served at every party, cookout, and beach day. It is a perfect quick meal. And who doesn't love finger food? No one, LOL. My family loves anything easy and quick.


Teriyaki Chicken Kabobs



Cook time: 20 Min  Serves: 10-12
Ingredients
1 lb chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
1 bottle teriyaki sauce
1 bag Ziploc bag
3 stalk green onions
stick kabob sticks
3 c water
Directions
1. 1st chop chicken into bite-size chunks. Put it in a Ziploc bag. Pour in about 1/2 bottle of the teriyaki sauce. Chili 24 hrs or at least overnight. Make sure to turn over every few hours.
2. Preheat the grill pan or grill over medium heat. Soak kabob sticks in water for about 15-20 mins. Place about 4-5 pieces on each stick.
3. Place on grill and cook for about 15-20 mins. Flip halfway through the cooking process.
4. Slice green onions and place them on the side. Plate the kabobs and sprinkle the green onions over. Serve with freshly cooked rice and/or grilled vegetables.
