Parmesan Chicken Thighs




Cook time: 1 Hr  Prep time: 10 Min  Serves: 2-4
Ingredients
1 c flour
1 tsp salt
2 tsp sweet paprika
1/4 tsp black pepper
2 Tbsp garlic powder
2 lg eggs
3 Tbsp milk
1 c grated parmigano reggiano
1/3 c panko bread crumbs
6 bone in skin on chicken thighs
Directions
1. Preheat oven 400 degrees
2. Combine the flour, salt, paprika, black pepper and garlic powder in one swallow dish. In another shallow bowl add the eggs and milk and beat until well incorporated. In a third bowl mix the Cheese and panko together.
3. Grease a 10 X 15 baking pan. Dredge the chicken in the flour mixture shaking off excess. Dredge in the egg mixture then roll in the cheese mixture.
4. Place in oven and bake for about an hour.
