Low-Carb Chicken Pizza Crust




Cook time: 40 Min  Prep time: 10 Min  Serves: 2-4 per pizza
Ingredients
2-12.5 oz canned chicken, drained
1 egg
1/2 c parmesan cheese, canned works best
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp italian seasoning
1 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
to taste salt and pepper
varied topping of choice. we used g. hughes sugar free bbq sauce for the base, thin sliced red onions and mushrooms to make "bbq chicken" pizza. add pepperoni, ham, green peppers or any toppings, cheese and sauce of your choosing..
Directions
1. Mix ingredients in a bowl, then flatten mixture with a fork onto a parchment lined pan.
2. Bake at 400°F for 30 minutes.
3. Add toppings, then bake for an additional 10 to 12 minutes.
