Healthy Oven Fried Chicken Strips

Cook time: 25 Min  Prep time: 15 Min
Ingredients
6 oz raw skinless boneless lean chicken breast, cut into 8 strips
1/2 c Fiber One bran cereal (original)
1/4 c fat-free liquid egg substitute
1/4 tsp powdered garlic
1 tsp original blend Mrs. Dash
1/2 tsp black pepper
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Using a blender or food processor, grind Fiber One to a breadcrumb-like consistency.
2. Add garlic powder, original blend Mrs. Dash, and black pepper to the crumbs.
3. Place crumbs in one small dish and egg substitute in another.
4. Next, coat raw chicken. First with the egg.
5. Then with crumbs.
6. Place strips on a baking pan sprayed with nonstick spray (Pam). Add a light mist of nonstick spray on top.
7. Place in the oven and cook for 10 min.
8. Then turn the strips over and spritz with another light mist of nonstick spray. Cook for an additional 7 to 10 minutes, or until chicken is fully cooked and the crumb coating looks crispy. 8 strips 277 calories
