Warm up with Easy White Bean Chili Chicken. A hearty and satisfying bowl of comfort. This recipe is a fan favorite of young and old alike! This is budget friendly, easy, and can feed a crowd. We make this white chili chicken and set out "toppings" for fresh bowls. Fave toppings are shredded cheddar, fresh cilantro, diced onion, jalapeños, sour cream, and diced tomatoes. I make mine more "dry," but it can be more like chili if you just add more broth. We serve this over white/brown rice and also tortillas. It is delicious!

Easy White Bean Chili Chicken



Ingredients
2 boneless, skinless breasts
2 can white kidney beans
1 pkg white chili mix seasoning
1/2 jar pepperoncini peppers
1/2 c pepperoncini pepper juice
Directions
1. Cut breasts into halves or smaller uniform pieces.
2. Lay breasts in slow cooker (I prefer a casserole crock).
3. Sprinkle beans over chicken.
4. Sprinkle white chili seasoning over chicken/beans.
5. Scatter peppers over beans/chicken.
6. Pour pepper juice over.
7. Slow cook on low for 6-7 hours or until chicken cuts easily with a fork.
