Keep it simple with Easy Chicken & Biscuit Dinner. A warm and comforting meal with minimal effort. Something I just threw together on a whim. It turned out pretty great, so I thought I'd share. 

Easy Chicken & Biscuit Dinner



Cook time: 55 Min  Prep time: 15 Min  Serves: 6
Ingredients
3 chicken breasts
1 can cream of potato soup (10.5 oz)
1 can cream of chicken soup (10.5 oz)
1 box frozen veggies of choice (about 1 1/2 cups)
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tsp seasoning (poultry or other)
1/2 c shredded cheese
1 pkg Pillsbury biscuits
Directions
Test Kitchen Tips: We baked ours in an 8-inch cast iron skillet.
1. Cut the chicken breast into 1" cubes.
2. Mix together all ingredients EXCEPT the biscuits.
3. Pour all ingredients into a Dutch oven, cast iron skillet, or casserole dish.
4. Bake at 400 F for 45 minutes.
5. Drop temperature down to 350 F. Add biscuits to the top of the meal.
6. Bake another 15-20 minutes or until rolls are golden brown. Serve hot.
