Dinner With Chicken Tenderloins



Serves: 2 to 3
Ingredients
1 lb chicken tenderloins
2 Tbsp light olive oil
1 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp garlic powder
(I GO LIGHT ON THE GARLIC POWDER, 1/4 TSP, ADD MORE IF YOU LIKE!)
Directions
1. Mix all the spices together in a small bowl and set aside.
2. Prepare the chicken tenderloins by removing the white tendon carefully with a sharp knife.
3. In a bowl coat the chicken with the olive oil. Sprinkle the spice mixture on all sides of the chicken. Turn until well coated.
4. Heat a cast iron pan on medium-high heat. Add the chicken and cook for about 3 minutes. The chicken will start to brown, and the inside will start to turn white. Flip the chicken pieces and cook for 3 more minutes. Chicken is done when internal temp reaches 165 degrees. DO NOT OVER COOK!
5. These chicken tenderloins are moist and delicious! Serve as a main dish with your choice of sides. Great in salads too!
