Warm up with Chicken Veggie Pasta Soup. A hearty and healthy bowl of comfort for any season. I wanted to try something new with a certain type pasta. The original pasta, the wide noodle too mushy after cooking them so used Israeli Pearl Pasta. Such a Tasty Wonderful Savory Soup

Chicken Veggie Pasta Soup



Cook time: 20 Min  Prep time: 10 Min  Serves: 6
Ingredients
2 c cooked chicken breast-diced
1-1/2 c carrots- chopped
1-1/2 c celery-chopped
1 c onion-chopped
4 dash garlic parsley salt
6 c low sodium chicken broth
1 c isreali pearlcouscous
Directions
1. Secure a Dutch Oven,. Add in 3 T Olive Oil. Add Carrots onion, Celery and Garlic Parsley Salt. Sautee' veggies for about 5 min. on med/high heat.
2. Add in Cooked chopped Chicken Breast and Low Sodium Chicken Broth. Stir.
3. Turn up heat to High. When it. starts to Boil, stir in Israeli Couscous; continuing for 8-10 Min. Pasta needs to be soft. Season w/ pepper if need be.
4. If it's a little too thick, add a little more chicken broth and stir again.
5. Serve w/ Saltines or crusty Bread.
