Baked Chicken Drumsticks


Make dinner easy with Baked Chicken Drumsticks. A crispy and flavorful option for a quick meal. This easy baked drumstick recipe is family (and budget!) friendly. It's easy to double or triple, if needed. The recipe is forgiving, too. Use whatever spices you have.

Baked Chicken Drumsticks


Ingredients
8 chicken drumsticks, skin-on
1 Tbsp avocado oil (or olive oil)
1 Tbsp butter, melted
2 tsp lawry's seasoned salt (or 1 teaspoon of salt and your favorite spices)
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper (optional)
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 400°F, then line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. In a large mixing bowl, add the chicken, the melted butter, oil and all of the spices; rub the chicken drumsticks until they're evenly coated with the butter/oil and seasonings.
3. Bake 40 minutes, or until the chicken reaches 165°F. (Check on the chicken about 30 minutes into cooking. If it seems like the outside of the chicken is getting too dark, tent with tin foil while it finishes cooking.)
